About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I have been on a cancer screening programme for several years at PRH Telford.

I have nothing but praise for the professionals I meet yearly who help keep me safe. In particular I would like to mention Dr Sharon Oates, she always explains clearly my results and keeps me upto date with any advances in my screening programme.

On occasion she has contacted me directly to advise me about my blood test and ultrasound results as she understands I worry rather than wait for my hospital appointment.

She is always prepared to go the extra mile in her care of her patients.
