After calling 999 we had a superb 5 minute response time by a paramedic. My husband received excellent, prompt attention at A&E and was subsequently admitted for three days from 27th July for treatment of a mild heart attack. Throughout his stay everyone from the cardiac consultant to the cardiac nursing team showed true dedication and professionalism. We have nothing but praise for the PRU. Well done everybody.
