"Really painful left foot!!!"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Hull Royal Infirmary, Ward 7 and the Vascular team are 100 per cent all worth their weight in gold!!! I was admitted from Grimsby to Hull with a critical ischaemia of the left foot. I was a bit wary having been told off in no uncertain terms by the Professor for smoking: however him and his team were absolutely fantastic. I was in on the Tuesday, operated on the Wednesday and home on the Thursday. Everything was explained to me and the doctor on Ward 7 even drew me diagrams of things I was unsure of!! Still on the mend, good control of my diabetes and I will never put a cigarette near my mouth again!! Thank you all, each and every one of you!!! xxx
