"5 star"

I just wanted to thank the staff on duty yesterday evening (31.7.14) for their compassion and professionalism when dealing with my flatmate who came in with nasty burns following an accident with boiling water. She was in considerable pain when she arrived and was promptly seen to by a wonderful nurse. 5 minutes later and an equally lovely doctor came to access the burns. Within 15 mins she’d received pain relief and was bandaged up and on her way home in less than 3 hours. Within 14 hours she’d received treatment at the burns unit in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. This was NHS at its best. Efficient, effective and most of all, caring. Thank you again.
