"Great full family"

After my mother was admitted to A & E after a fall at the end of our holiday from calling the ambulance to arriving at the hospital I can not fault any treatment she received. From the ambulance people to the staff at the hospital were brilliant and kept us informed all the way. Mom had broken her hip and wrist and is 82. The paramedic come to see her after they had been to another job just to check on my mom. I don't think any NHS staff get enough recognising. We are from Worcestershire and had to take our caravan home then return the next day and the staff rang us to keep us informed about our mom until we returned. A big thank you to all staff.
