"Great but......."

I chose Cheshire Spire because it is very convenient in terms of location and my husband had a very positive experience when he was treated there. I have one major critism - when a NHS patient arrives they seem to be directed to sit in a different waiting area to the private patients. This made me feel like a second class patient as it was very obvious. I am not lucky enough to work for an employer that pays for private medical insurance and nor can I afford to self pay but I do believe that I deserve to be treated equally. I work for the NHS and I feel that we all deserve to treated with a bit more respect.
