About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

I have visited and been a patient in a lot of hospitals in Newcastle and abroad (Turkey) but I have never been so disgusted with the patient care as I was when my daughter was a patient on ward 12 at the Queen Elizabeth hospital. I know how overworked nurses are, being an x nurse myself. But the care on this ward was almost zero. It was so bad that I have decided if ever any of my family are ever in need of treatment from a hospital I will make sure they never go to the Q E
