Why people campaign for this dept to be kept is beyond me. Ambulance patients stuck in main waiting area; no privacy at chec kin; cubicle stunk of urine and bed had urine stain on sheet; no relevant dr/consultant there. Bad experience.

I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied when accessing our A&E service recently. I apologise for the fact that your experience was poor. We really try hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients
