"my daughter requiring screening for tb "

my daughter is a health care assistant in the community. she has been offered a job now with in the hospitals but her new employers have requested she been screened for T B before she can start her new job because of the nature of her work. she asked her doctor about this and was told that he would not give her the vacine nor would her give her any advice on were to get the screening she needed. He also said there was not facility in downpatrick hospital, which I have since learned is untrue as the maternity unit just below them has this facility. She now is currently unable to take this job because of his unwillingness to help or give any further advice on how she can receive this screening. If you can offer any help or advice to myself or her on this matter we would be greatful many thanks
