"Just had a cyst remove from my neck."

Just had a cyst removed at the great Western we're I've been waiting on appointment for a year 'went in last Thursday sat waiting four three hours op got canceled went back in on Tuesday were the op did take place stayed until Wednesday and the staff and consultants were lovely morning were the said I could go home to my shock "now my biggest problem as been since I left over night I had a big swelling come up over night so painful rang the hospital they said to see my own doctor ,so I did he said it was fine and to wait till the next day "but I could not wait it was so painful so I went to AE swindon were they gave me tablets to form clotting and now I'm left with a mass lump in my neck which takes about 12 weeks to disappear and my neck will turn black and blue not happy then went to see my nurse to day for the dressing to be change and she refused to change it because it didn't look nice and there is no consultant to be Sean until wended day next week happy bloody week end ,I've a holiday a wedding to attend looking like this wish I'd had left the lump in my neck ?
