Awful waits, not enough chairs. Newly diagnosed women standing weeping.No nurses to be seen.No information. Nurse interrupted my consultation without knocking Poor explanation from consultant Breast care nurses never returned calls. Given trainee radiographer despite history of pain and had to have three films repeated which has never happened before Still awaiting an apology Then they decided I didn't need follow up but didn't tell me or my GP.....so I had to see someone privately Abusive remarks filed in my clinical notes .Told that complaints don't affect care then they discharged me. Avoid at all costs
