What I liked
From the consultant right down to the tea lady they treated you as a person & not just a number
What could be improved
Heatherwood is a very old hospital which unfortunatley was reflected on the wards i.e dated washrooms & old beds so it could do with having some money spent on it to bring it up to date, but despite that the medical care given was still high & that's what counts.
Anything else?
I was very satisfied with the treatment i received at Heatherwood & it would still be my first choice of hospital if i ever needed treatment again in the future.
Keep Heatherwood Open !
