"A&E Dept & Medical Short Stay Ward"

i would like to thank the A&E staff who helped me on the afternoon of 30/07/2014 which also continued into the med short stay ward,i was throughly examined and my pain was managed,due to my spinal stenosis,i was also helped by the physio & welfair teams,i was given an X-ray & MRI.your radiology dept very helpfull & caring,Also the porters who are also first class pleasent & friendly. i have also been loaned equipment for help around my home,to which iam extremly grateful & much obliged,i can not thank you all enough you have all helped me so much, Also the London Ambulance Service team who got me to your excellent team of caring professionals.
