"Absolutely diabolical - avoid at all costs"

My partner has been dealing with this hospital for 5 months now. She went to a and e twice in agonising pain. Twice she spent a night on the ward and they did nothing but send her away with opiates. The nurses don't care. The doctors definitely don't care. The consultants have too much on their plates and think they can diagnose in 4 seconds, all the while treating the patient as an object or inconvenience. Case in point: we've been waiting 5 weeks for the results of a simple scan that we'd been promised in 2 weeks. Example 2: sent to an ibs specialist who doesn't seem to know the various functions of organs in the human body (didn't know what a kidney was.) Claimed it was all in my partners head. Very helpful. Not. Example 3: sent home in agonising pain after being promised a scan or some tests. None were done. Of course this will look good on their targets though. Example 4: not fed on ward or offered pain relief. This hospital is a disgrace. I used to live in the third world, and have seen better hospitals there. The wards are filled with patients who often should not be there but in respite or a care home or hospice, but instead they are left caked in their own urine and faeces on wards here. Again seen with my own eyes.
