"Unkind nurse at Smile clinic"

About: Smile For Life Dental Clinic - Tottenham

(as a parent/guardian),

Recently, we went to Smile for Life Dental Clinic, Smile for life Sedation Referral Practice Tottenham Clinic. My daughter had an appointment for the conscious sedation. However, unfortunately, we did not leave there with the best experiences ever. After the surgery, they sent us to waiting room and I do not know the name of the lady, who is working there (because she did not have name card).

They unplugged the anaesthesia needles in my daughter's hand. But the nurse did not do her job in a careful way, because my daughter's hand was bleeding. When I noticed, I called her, but she was busy talking on the phone. I asked her to help me and she said that there were other children in the clinic, and my daughter is not the only one.

That maked me and my child, so anxious. She tried to justify herself. She also tried to belittle me next to the another patient, by telling me that I know nothing about it, as she has been doing this job 30 years.

When we left the clinic, my young son asked her why the other children were not bleeding and only his sister's hand was bleeding? My children were made very anxious by this treatment, and they don't want to see any doctor or dentist again. We do not want to disrespect anyone. However, I cannot remain silent to this kind of disrespect being done. To show respect, we need to treated respectfully by others as well.
