"I would rate the level of care as a 5"

About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Nephrology Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I visited hospital for my Kidney condition (Nephrology). I have been monitored by the team for 18+ years and have always found them to be courteous + have in mind to contain my condition in to state of “normality” level of care I would rate as a 5.

On the other hand I did experience the opposite when I badly injured my right ankle in September 2012 – hand been put in plaster, left to its own healing, plaster taken off, no physio (had to rely on my gym trainer for assistance), relapse with operation in Aug 2013, followed by Physios and now near to fully operating ankle/leg! ! Level of care on the first visit to hospital would be 0, but once I saw the right consultant, rate would be 5.
