My daughter was referred by our opticians to the ‘TRAQS system’ as it seemed she might have had an allergic reaction to something in her eye from her routine eye appointment. Within 2 weeks I was contacted by TRAQS with an appointment at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, it seemed close enough + I was worrying about my daughters eyes, so took the appointment, as I was told she would go back on the waiting list if I didn't take it. We were quickly seen at the RSH, booked in with time to spare.
Although our appointment was at 9: 10am we got to see the consultant at 9: 30am, but were out by 10am with a diagnosis. It’s going to be a surgical matter, but I am very glad for the fast service.
Thank You
