Entered Russells Hall Hospital as a day patient for a routine Hernia operation but not without some trepidation as I have very little hospital experience. From start to finish I was treated with respect and spoken to as an intelligent member of the human race. Everything that was to happen was explained in detail and I could not fault any member of staff that I came into contact with. They were all excellent. The operation itself has been entirely successful. So although it was not an experience that I was looking forward to, I have nothing but praise for the Hospital. Even the Corned Beef Hash that I ate in the ward after the operation was really good!
