I visited the cardiology department today with my parents who are in their late 80's, my dad had an appointment for Friday 1st aug 2014, but my mother received a phone call on tues to say it had changed to thurs at 2pm, when we got there they had no record of this and said that nobody had made a phone call, we had to go home after spending £20 on taxi fares and no apology was made, my parents were very upset and distressed about this situation, I think it was terrible that nothing could be done this was not our fault.
