"Outpatients visit 29 July 14"

The let down for me was when leaving the hospital I needed to use the toilets to the right of reception on the ground floor. Now not forgetting this is a hospital there was no toilet paper, no soap and no paper towels in the ladies toilets. I looked at the cleaning chart and it gad not been visited since the ore ios day. How many people had used those those toilets on that day before going to any of one of the wards. I would certainly not want an operation in that hospital with those terribly poor standards.
