About: St John's Hospital

(as the patient),

I had a stay for a week in July 2014, and the following services were excellent:

staff friendliness and professionalism, treatment with dignity and respect, set meal times, food quality, coffee facilities, activities classes, daily walks, quality of care, cleanliness of the ward, music available, TV available, open to new ideas, willingness to listen, monitoring and sharing of key performance indicators.

Dear Bathgateman

Thank you for your feedback and I am so glad you had a good experience. Patient experience is vital to us so we know what we can improve. If you wanted to let me know what ward you were in I would be happy to pass your comments on to the staff.

Thanks for the response- I'm pleased to let you know (again:)) that I was in ward 17, and that the only thing I can think of right now that could be improved would be for the Customer Relations and Feedback Team to look at review titles as well as content?:)
