About: The Princess Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

My appointment was at 11: 00. At 11: 40 a nurse came to say the doctor wanted to see 2 then patients whose appointments were later than mine but it would help if he could see them just due to some specialist nurse being available at this time.

I received an apology and reason for having to wait – all together a 75 mins delay but I was happy that the situation was explained and an apology offered. All staff were helpful.
