"My experience was totally eye opening"

About: Addiction services (community) / Oxford Corner, Specialist Alcohol Team

(as the patient),

I was in a state after coming out of hospital after being given a detox for alcohol and was terrified of going to see my key worker, but I should not have been.

My experience there was totally eye opening as to what I was going through. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs it. My key worker was absolutely brilliant.

Thank you for you posting. It's great to know that we are providing a service that you would recommend to those who need it and it wasn't such a terrifying experience as you thought it might be. As a service we are pleased you found it helpful and you found your keyworker was 'brilliant'. I wish you all the best for the future.
