"Ward 27 Nurse was an absolute ..."

About: Freeman Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Ward 27 Nurse was an absolute angel and treated every patient on the ward with respect. She kept us informed and answered all our fears. It was a cardiac ward and most of us on the ward were really scared but she managed to keep our spirits up and helped us to be calm.A great asset to any ward.

What could be improved

A young doctor could have had a better bed side manner he walked away from his patients while we asked him questions..very sad
