To Amanda and all the nurses that were involved with my mum's care.

Myself and my dad cannot begin to tell you how wonderful you all have been to my mum and to us as a family.

you all treated my mum with the utmost respect and dignity, and were truly touching with all the compassion you showed us as a family.

The team always strive to deliver the best possible care which embrace the patient and the family. It is so rewarding and humbling to know that we have made a difference to your mum's wishes to stay at home and enabled her to be comfortable at home till the end.
