What I liked
I couldn't fault the care I received from the moment I entered the hospital on Ward 33 then Ward 334 to the moment I left via the Hospital Discharge Team. The Drs and staff on both wards were fantastic They do suck a marvellous job when people need it most. They couldn't have been better.
As for the Discharge Team, I was collected from Ward 34 by 2 lovely nurses and taken to the Discharge Lounge. The weather was snowing heavens hard and the ambulance men ensured I got back to West Auckland. The Discharge Team were so helpful. Nothing was a problem to them. I hope my thanks are passed on to all the personnel concerned as they thoroughly deserve it.
What could be improved
I can't think of anything that could have been improved during my stay.
