"Unhappy to have appointment changed at short notice"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

It was Friday afternoon when I was called by TRAQS to have my appointment changed on the next Monday from 4. 40PM to 1. 30PM. I live in a village as a pensioner. No bus service and had to get a taxi which cost £7 to Market Drayton to connect to bus service to PRH. Journey time nearly 2 hours.

Clinic was quite good, intended time was 1 hour sharp

I was not happy as it was short notice on Friday and otherwise would have to wait 28 days for next appointment.
