Since Dec 2013 I have experienced ear ache, and a blocked ear. When I went to the GP they tried different medications to resolve issue. And in April I went to see GP once again as nothing I was given had worked and my ear still felt blocked, the GP advised me they will refer me to the hospital. Within 2 weeks I was called by a member of the TRAQS team who booked my appointment for the earliest available date. I was very pleased with the service I received from my GP (lawley medical practice) and the great customer service from the TRAQS team member. Looking forward to my hospital appointment and speedy recovery: )
