"Hand sterilising"

On the last three outpatient visits I made, the hand sterilising units in the corridor leading from the multi-storey end were not working. It should sureley be a priority to check and remedy any defects for the first and last contact points to such a busy place.

Thank you very much indeed for taking the time to write to bring this concern, regarding hand gel dispensers, to our attention. As you say this is a busy corridor and there are several dispensers which require regular refilling; please be assured that we have contacted the team responsible and the issue has been addressed.
