I had a cataract operation on the 12th June, and was highly impressed from the start. The staff were first class in all departments, taking the trouble to put us at ease by detailing everything that would happen, and showing consideration to the patients. I felt completely at ease,, and the process went exactly as described. I`ve heard people say that it is a conveyor belt type operation, but in all conscience it never seemed like that, as patients were treated as individuals, with dignity, and respect. A hearty thank you to all concerned with my operation.
