"I was seen at the Minor Injuries ..."

What I liked I was seen at the Minor Injuries unit, and was treated swiftly and with respect at all times on both my visits on both Friday evening and Saturday morning and the following Wednesday. The Staff were polite and respectfull, and the areas were very clean, however the programme on the TV was rubbish, but thats my only complaint. What could be improved? The waiting area Needs a machine for Hot drinks. Anything else? Perhaps a seperate room for people with noisy children.
