"Rude switchboard lady."

About: Pilgrim Hospital

Very rude stroppy switchboard, lady on desk needs some new management skills and social skills ...took to long to answer 10 mins and then she listens in to conversation on your end and has her say... had a massive argument with her and she then cut me off even though it was very important that I spoke to heart doctor. She needs to be reprimanded for her actions ...doesnt give you any confidence in switchboard or mangement

I am sorry to read that your encountered problems with switchboard at Pilgrim. The manager of the switchboard staff would like to investigate this further and would be grateful if you could contact our PALS team on 01205 446243 or email PALS@ulh.nhs.uk and they will be able to take more details from you to pass to the manager to investigate and speak to the member of staff involved.
