(as a relative),

My dad recently had a stay on Digby Ward. He was diagnosed with a terminal condition and sadly passed away during his admission on the ward. Whilst this was an awful time to endure in hospital as home was not an option, I wanted to formally thank the nursing staff for the care that my dad received which ensured he was comfortable and pain free in the remaining of his time with us. Thank you staff for ensuring my dad received the care he needed at his end of life
