About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was referred to the ophthalmology clinic at Donnington by Specsavers. I received an appointment very quickly. All of the people – on the telephone, receptionists and specialist were very polite and helpful. The specialist examined my eyes and explained what my problem was clearly and answered my questions in depth. I couldn’t have received better treatment.
