About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Initial referral to GP for Dupytrons Contracture. Requested to attend Agnes Hung Hospital to see consultant. Previous experience of this hospital for operation on Dupytrons 4 years ago.

TRAQS explained no appointments were available so there may be several weeks before I am contacted by this hospital. Happy to wait. TRAQS said to contact them in several weeks’ time and they would review progress of referral.
