"Maddocks Clinic:Prompt, helpful and very friendly staff "

I received excellent treatment at the Maddocks clinic. I found it much more personal and private than that I have received at local hospitals for similar treatment (although the skills imparted by the hospital staff was superb but space and time are a problem at hospitals I suppose)

My treatment was delivered by Sophie who involved what she was going to do and why and consulted all my questions with a high level of skill. Her skill and judgement has massively improved my frozen shoulder, with a series of exercises to carry out at home. Her massaging and ultrasound, has given me much more mobility and reduced the discomfort and pain I was experiencing.

The prompt staff at the clinic are helpful and very friendly and work like a gem!

If I have to have treatment again, I would ask for this clinic and Sophie in particular. I hope this gives a flavour of my experience.
