"Eventually booked an acceptable appointment date"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I had an appointment for late April. The hospital rang to cancel a letter, delaying the appointment for 1 month. I felt like this was unacceptable as I already have low vision and I needed an earlier appointment. I rang and had another date of 2 weeks that was more acceptable. I was reassured by the consultant as I had worried that it could have an impact on my already low vision.
