"The whole process takes too long"

The whole process takes too long. Just another way in taking patients off any waiting lists to help the already hopeless waiting targets that are not being achieved. From the doctor’s side, I had no issue. To get an appointment was long winded I have not been happy with their process.

TRAQS aims to provide an appointment at a convenient location at the earliest possible time. However, we have no control over the waiting lists at any specific hospital or clinic and we are aware that some specialisms are currently experiencing lengthy delays. It is not clear from your comments what aspect of the referral process you are unhappy with.
