"A pleasant experience"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was telephoned to arrange a suitable appointment and venue. I received a reminding call the day before my appointment.

When I arrived I waited for 7 minutes and then the lady took me to a room and did some tests with me and explained clearly what she was doing.

It was a pleasant experience and I was left with a very clear picture of my hearing problem.
