About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Staff very friendly and helpful. The information they had was for the wrong hospital but it was no trouble to put me in touch with the right one. The lady called me back with relevant information quickly. (I live in Shropshire, but work in Walsall so the latter is more convenient for appointments)
