My appointment was timely, efficient and courteous. The instructions were clear as my referral on happened as promised. My second appointment was also excellent. I will be having surgery and that appointment been tailored to suit my work load. The only downside on this experience was at the GP where the registrar I saw was so busy looking at his computer and reading past history that he had difficulty dealing with the present problem. In fact my case was referred to physiotherapy which was then forwarded to orthopaedic.
