I needed to have a flexible cystoscopy to check my bladder. Due to delayed transport, I arrived ten minutes late but I received no criticism and my appointed time had been saved for me. The staff were most efficient and helpful. The procedure was carried out quickly without any feeling of embarrassment and I suffered no pain. I was able to see the bladder problem on the monitor and it was explained to me by the doctor. I was not kept waiting around unnecessarily because the schedule for the afternoon had been efficiently phased. Thank you to the doctor and all the staff involved for an excellent service.
