The nursing care on Morris ward at the City hospital ranged from good to very poor depending on who was on duty.
I have spoken to my GP about the nursing care and I have been encouraged to complain about this, but I don't know if I would. From what I saw, the nurses neglected the care of their patients - when patients made any requests, the nurses responded rudely and sometimes abusively. At times, it was terrible treatment. Also, the food was appalling - never hot.
However, I found that the younger nurses were great and far less rude than some of the older nurses.
