The assistance offered to me by the TRAQS team could not have been more helpful. I was offered an appointment quite quickly but I chose to wait for the appointment with the Manchester Eye hospital. They were somewhat slow to respond but a helpful person from the team called them for me with the result that I was seen at the hospital urgently.

My treatment at the hospital was thorough and efficient, friendly and reassuring.
