"Donnington Clinic: receptionist, nurse and doctor who I saw were all very helpful"

About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I went to my doctor for an annual health check, and he identified that a spot I had on my left temple looked like a Rodent Ulcer (a B.C.C.). He arranged via TRAQS for an appointment at Donnington Dermatology Clinic.

I attended today having had the appointment letter and a reminder by post and by text (very useful). The receptionist, nurse and doctor who I saw were all very helpful. The doctor made a quick diagnosis and agreed the course of treatment and where it would take place. The diagnosis confirmed my doctor’s suspicions, so top marks to Dr Pearson!
