"More information would be helpful"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The letter doesn't refer to the department the referral is for. If you have a number of referrals going through for different departments you can’t tell which on it is from the letter. More information would be helpful e. g. your referral to ENT has been reviewed etc...

Thank you for writing to TRAQS

In most cases appointment letters will have confirmation of the clinic, location, date and time attached after acceptance by the patient. However, there are occasions when notification of a referral is issued by TRAQS without this information and in the circumstances I accept your point is valid.

We will take this into consideration for future use.

Thank you for your constructive comment.
