About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

I missed the original call by TRAQS but there was a text with the number to phone back on. The person I dealt with was easy and pleasant to talk to. She was very clear in what was available and took note of my specific needs. The closest dates were during my summer holiday away so she offered me one immediately on my return and wished me a happy holiday when we had finished the call. A nice touch.
