My son has been itching for 4 years and we have been to see the specialist at the hospital at Halifax, and we made to feel stupid. We were told that we are doing everything we can and to carry on. After two years we demanded to be referred to a dermatology specialist and we got referred to Moorfields clinic. Then we saw KerryAnn and she has changed everything and we have a very happy itch free 4 year old with baby soft skin in most places within 1 week. Thank you so much!

We are so sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the service provided at Calderdale Royal Hospital, and that you were made to feel stupid. That is clearly not how we would expect our patients or their families to feel. Obviously without knowing the full details, we cannot comment on the treatment provided.
