Dear ‘Stan34’

I was sorry to hear that you had to be admitted to hospital with kidney stones. It must have been a very worrying and painful time for you so it was with a glad heart that I read about the care and respect you were offered from the staff looking after you.

It is so important to feel safe at such a vulnerable time and I thank you for taking the time to share that experience with us.

I hope you soon make a full recovery and are not troubled again with kidney stones

Regards

Sue Mellor
