"I cannot fault the specialist nurses"

The best things about how I was treated was the professionalism of Mr. Armstrong and his team, Jeanne Watts and the specialist nurses. However, I believe there was a lack of communication between different departments in the new treatment centre. This could have been better. After the upset of being told I had cancer, it was distressing to have appointments made and cancelled due to lack of communication between diferent departments at the new treatment centre. But I cannot fault the specialist nurses who were always courteous and friendly and always rang back when I left a message. But at no point was I made to feel embaressed, angry or upset during my treatment. Therefore, I would like to thank Jeane Watts, the specialist nurse team and Mr. Maxwell Jones.
